Our policy lasts 30 days from the original purchase date. We are happy to accept returns in the form of an exchange or online store credit. To qualify for a return, the product purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
The customer is responsible for return postage/shipping costs.
To complete a return/exchange you must be able to provide us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Products that are customized or purchased through a sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange.
